I have suffered with debilitating amounts of ankle injuries as a soccer player, so I know what ankle injuries do to your body.

I set this program to prevent players from getting injured or to help players get back quicker to the pitch!

Football has one of the highest rate of ankle injury sprains. An ankle sprain occurs when there is a tear in the ligaments, while an ankle strain occurs when there is tear in a muscle. After an ankle is sprained, it has a greater chance of becoming sprained again. Repeating ankle sprains can put players at risk for ankle osteoarthritis in the future.

In this app, we integrate with the health app (Carekit) to help you record and keep track of your recovery data (such as muscle soreness, sleep quality, hours of sleep, nutrition, exercises...) easily.
